David Muir is an American journalist and anchor best known for his ABC news show World News Tonight with David Muir as well as for his role in the ABC News magazine 20/20 for where he acts as a anchor and co-anchor. He is also known for his Emmy-nominated program Made In America. He was his predecessor Diane Sawyer's anchor of choice prior to his appointment as anchor of ABC World News Tonight.
